Lately I've just been too tired to blog. Daniel is hard at work finishing our new bedroom, so we will have enough room for ourselves and the baby in the bassinet in the room. We're currently holed up in the room that will someday be the baby's, which is tiny holding a full sized bed, Daniel's desk, bookshelves, etc. It's hard to imagine fitting the baby in there, too. But happily, Daniel is nearing the end of the job and hopefully Wednesday or Thursday of next week we can start moving in furniture. Baby is nearing his due date as well, next Saturday, May 30!
We've been shopping a lot, getting last minute things we need for the baby. During a trip to Target this morning with Johnny, we bought the tiniest size 1 diapers. We also got Johnny a new swim suit for summer, which is darling. He is super excited about the summer and going to the "water park" spraygrounds.
The baby, who we are pretty sure will be named Samuel Mitchell, is due in less than a week. At the last midwife's appointment, everything was healthy, but the baby hadn't dropped yet. So we'll just have to wait and see when Sam will make his appearance.
